How do I install Arsenal Vault?

Download the installer from our download page, run it, and follow the on-screen instructions. The installation takes less than a minute and requires no special configuration.

When will Arsenal Vault be available?

Can I import data from other software?

Yes, Arsenal Vault supports CSV import for easy data migration. We have guides for migrating from popular alternatives including spreadsheets and other inventory apps.

How do I add photos to my inventory?

When viewing or editing any item, click the "Photos" tab and use the upload button. You can add multiple photos per item, and they'll be automatically resized for optimal storage.

Can I generate reports for insurance?

Yes! Go to Reports > Collection Overview to generate a comprehensive PDF report with photos, serial numbers, and values. This is perfect for insurance documentation.

What are the 15 parts categories?

Is my data secure?

Absolutely. For desktop users, all data stays on your local machine. Cloud users benefit from end-to-end encryption, with sensitive fields like serial numbers using additional encryption layers.

Do you share or sell my data?

Never. Your inventory data is yours alone. We don't share, sell, or analyze your collection data for any purpose. See our Privacy Policy for complete details.

How do I backup my data?

For desktop users, go to Admin > Backup to create a complete backup file. Cloud users have automatic daily backups with the ability to download their data at any time.

Can I upgrade from desktop to cloud?

Yes! You can export your data from the desktop version and import it to a cloud account at any time. We also offer upgrade pricing for existing desktop customers.
