No. If you lose your passphrase and recovery phrase, the data cannot be recovered by Arsenal Vault. Save your recovery kit somewhere safe before enabling Private Vault. Resetting your account password does not recover the Private Vault key.
No. Vault sharing is disabled in Private Vault mode. You can return to Arsenal Vault managed keys later while unlocked if you need sharing again.

While unlocked, return to Arsenal Vault managed keys in the app. That flow auto-cancels the paid add-on. You cannot cancel the add-on while still in Private Vault mode.
